Supervisor Nolan, State Comptroller DiNapoli Hold Press Conference to Announce Audit Islip, NY – Islip Town Supervisor Phil Nolan (center) recently held a press conference with New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli (third from left) to address an outstanding deficit accrued from past administrations. The New York State Comptroller’s Office will be conducting an audit of Islip Town’s finances at the Town’s request in order to properly address this deficit.
